About the Position:
Black Fox Solutions is seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Contracts Manager to lead our projects in Northern Ireland. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in civil engineering site management and a degree or equivalent in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or Construction Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Contribute to tender preparation and prepare method statements and risk assessments for projects.
  • Procure materials and plant for projects and complete post-job reviews.
  • Attend and chair operations meetings.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in civil engineering site management.
  • Degree or equivalent in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs (Word, Excel, MS Project).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Program management experience.
  • Commercial awareness, including understanding contractual requirements such as NEC3 and JCT.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
