About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recovery Practitioner/Nurse to join our dynamic team in Theatres at Kent and Canterbury Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining a high standard of patient care for a wide range of procedures.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work in accordance with Trust and departmental policies to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop leadership skills and experience in the management of the Theatre Coordinator, leading the team to ensure efficient and effective theatre services.
  • Implement appropriate changes based on research and best practice, acting as a role model and teaching and mentoring members of the team.
  • Provide and maintain effective communication with the multidisciplinary team, both within and outside the operating departments.
