About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recovery Practitioner/Nurse to join our dynamic team in Theatres at Kent and Canterbury Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the efficient running of our theatre services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work in accordance with Trust and departmental policies to maintain a high standard of patient care
  • Develop leadership skills and experience in the management of the Theatre Co-ordinator
  • Participate in the on-call rota and provide effective communication with the multidisciplinary team
  • Act as a facilitator/mentor/preceptor to members of the team
