Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales and marketing efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement new campaigns and strategies
- Perform regular sales activities, including outbound calls and email campaigns
- Attend trade shows and networking events to generate leads and build relationships
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our services
- Attend client meetings and follow up on quotes and leads
- Draw up quotations and assist with RFPs, tenders, and proposals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, presenting regular progress reports
- Liaise with Account Managers to ensure compliance with agreed service levels
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in the translation industry in sales is essential
- High level of IT skills and knowledge of translation technology
- Excellent communication and business insight skills
- Fluent English to native standard
