Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Scattergoods Agency. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to ensure consistency and excellence in our culinary offerings.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Ensure that all kitchen operations are conducted in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control kitchen expenses to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our culinary team is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior culinary professional in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality control.
