Job Description

Xcelerate Gyms is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Director of Membership Experience. This exciting opportunity will challenge you to drive sales, manage the front-of-house team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUCCESSFULLY LEAD THE RECEPTION TEAM TO ACHIEVE DAILY AND MONTHLY TARGETS
  • Achieve daily and monthly KPIs by effectively managing stock, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Evaluate team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Drive sales through promotions and engage with potential customers to expand the customer base.
  • Ensure all customers receive a positive experience at Xcelerate Gyms.
  • Address customer feedback in a professional and timely manner.

About You

  • You have 5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • You are computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • You have experience handling complaints and resolving issues professionally.
  • You are performance-driven and thrive on working to targets.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
