Wellness Membership Experience Lead

We're on the lookout for a Membership & Partnerships Manager to join our team at West London's Premier Luxury Wellness Club. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting, leading and developing the Member Experience team to deliver exceptional client experiences. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with our Club Director and Director of Training to identify business development opportunities and maximise revenue from membership and club sales.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of 40-45k base, with a great commission opportunity.
- 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays) and 40 hours p/w working schedule.
You'll need to be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, able to build rapport with members and prospective members. A passion for health, wellness and our company's philosophy is essential. If you're driven, motivated and looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- To drive and increase membership sales and awareness of the site to prospective clients, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- To coordinate and manage the membership contact database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are kept.
- To curate and execute members events and manage RSVPs.
- To promote the values and mission of the Company with an integral understanding of the philosophy and business aims.
- To identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue.
- To recruit, lead and develop the Member Experience team. Implementing and maintaining a training programme to ensure all team members receive a high level of product knowledge relating to up-selling of membership and services, company values and ethos, and customer service.
About Our Ideal Candidate:
- Previous membership or sales experience within a wellness or members club environment.
- Previous experience working with booking & CRM systems.
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different personalities and create meaningful relationships with members and prospective members.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to empathise with members and resolve conflicts in a professional and tactful manner.
- Passion for health, wellness and the Company's philosophy.
