Join us as a Membership Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Membership Administrator to support our team in Central London.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to manage membership activities, including data entry and responding to member enquiries. They will contribute to ensuring a positive membership experience throughout the member life cycle, from prospecting to renewals.

This role involves producing data insights to better understand member needs and integrating our CRM system - Microsoft Dynamics 365. If you have previous experience supporting memberships within a professional body or association, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support membership activities and respond to member enquiries
  • Contribute to ensuring a positive membership experience throughout the member life cycle
  • Produce data insights to better understand member needs
  • Integrate our CRM system - Microsoft Dynamics 365
Requirements and Benefits

We require a practical experience of supporting memberships within a professional body or association. Previous experience in a similar administrative role is also essential. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

We offer a basic salary of up to £35,000 dependant on experience, plus benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme with employer contribution of 15%, private healthcare, season ticket loan, and death in service.

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Fluency in English is required.
