About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality training programs, events, and associated services to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, speaker management, and event promotion.
  2. Manage event logistics, including catering, audio-visual equipment, and room setup.
  3. Process bookings, orders, and expressions of interest for training, events, and associated services.
  4. Administer training and professional development records for members.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using various software applications, including CRM, CMS, and LMS systems.

Salary Information: We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus company benefits.
