About the Role

We are seeking a Project Coordination Professional to join our team as an Analyst Assistant. This is a dynamic opportunity to work on a project that requires coordination, content migration, and technical expertise in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinating content migration and the launch of website and intranet platforms.
  • Technical Support: Utilizing and developing multiple software systems behind these platforms.
  • Content Production: Preparing text, image, video, and audio content for publication.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaising with stakeholders across the business to coordinate content requirements and manage their involvement in the project.
  • Training and Expertise: Acting as an expert in the new systems, helping to train others and coordinate training sessions and change management activities.
Requirements
  1. Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience of using Adobe DXP suite - Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Target, Analytics.
  2. Cultural Competence: Ability to operate consistently within business guidelines and ethics and work sensitively in multicultural environments, building effective working relations with colleagues and external contacts.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and written English.
  4. Adaptability: Flexibility to work additional on-site days as needed and adapt to working hours that facilitate collaboration with colleagues in different time zones.
Salary and Benefits

This is a hybrid working role with the option to work remotely at other times. The candidate must be available to start a contract beginning on 03/02/2025. A four-month contract is offered. Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
