Membership Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Membership Administrator to support the delivery of End Point Assessments (EPA) at The Graduate Project.

This role involves handling applications, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient management of our membership services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Management: Process EPA applications promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews between candidates and assessors, utilising virtual platforms for seamless communication.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date assessment records, providing support during review meetings.
  • Process Enhancement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the EPA application and interview management processes.

Requirements:

  • Organisation and Time Management: Demonstrate strong organisational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Possess exceptional communication skills, with confidence in interacting with stakeholders via various channels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with databases, Microsoft Office, and virtual platforms like MS Teams.
  • Salesforce Experience: Experience working with Salesforce is highly desirable, providing an advantage in managing membership data.
