Job Title: Professional Services Coordinator

**About the Role:**We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Professional Services Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
**Responsibilities Include:*** Managing office documentation, including filing, scanning, and archiving* Coordinating with suppliers and maintaining office supplies inventory* Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier services* Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members* Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodations* Supporting financial operations, including processing expenses and invoices* Providing professional telephone and email assistance to clients and colleagues
**What We Offer:**We offer a competitive annual salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
**Requirements:*** 3+ years of experience in administrative support* Strong organisational and time management skills* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills* Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
