Company Overview: Prestigious Membership Organisation offers a Hybrid Working Model – 3 days in Central London Offices and 2 days at home.

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Membership Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, customers, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Advisory Appointments Committees group.
  • Respond to queries from members, customers, and the public, acting as a first point of contact for all telephone enquiries.
  • Process membership subscriptions, including online payments, credit and debit cards, cheque and bank transfer.
  • Send out diploma confirmation letters.
  • Process examination results and record them in SIMS.
  • Assist with the membership renewal process and send out notifications and reminders via Dotmailer.
  • Ensure that appropriate guidance and policy advice is provided to advisors and College assessors, and that all queries are followed up appropriately.
  • Coordinate assessor involvement and ensure that all relevant arrangements and requirements are properly communicated.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, methodical approach to planning, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use own initiative and problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • IT literate, working with complex databases.

Benefits: Salary £25,564 + benefits, Full Time 35 hours per week, IMMEDIATE START Permanent Role.
