Membership Coordinator

Membership Manager Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Membership Manager to oversee all aspects of membership for our Trade Association and Trade Association Academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Renewals, new member recruitment, and record maintenance
- Grow both the membership and the Trade Association Academy
- Manage financial tasks and coordinate with management accountants and auditors
- Organise internal meetings, track team progress, handle member inquiries, research potential new members, and support events like summits and conferences
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and time management skills
Desirable
- Experience in a membership management role, ideally within a trade association or similar organisation
- Experience in event management - for example, organising of small member events and supporting a larger annual member event
- Experience in Learning and Development would be helpful as we develop our Academy
