Salary
The salary for this role is estimated at £29,777 per annum, which includes 25 days of holiday and Bank Holidays, as well as the Local Government Pension Scheme.
Job Description
As a Mental Health and Employment Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients with diverse challenges, including mental health issues, disabilities, substance misuse, offending backgrounds, and skills gaps. Your primary goal will be to help these individuals become work-ready by developing and agreeing on SMART action plans, regularly reviewing their progress and addressing any new challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Additionally, due to the nature of this position, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
