We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Employment Advisor to support unemployed individuals facing mental health challenges and other barriers in their journey to employment.
Job SummaryThis role involves assisting those on long-term sick leave to successfully reintegrate into the workforce. Key responsibilities include providing tailored guidance and support to help individuals overcome employment barriers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalized employment plans for clients
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and strengths
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients achieve their employment goals
- Degree in Social Work, Counselling or related field
- Proven experience working with vulnerable populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary of £29,777 per annum
