Employment Support Specialist

Aspire Recruitment is seeking a dedicated IPS Employment Specialist to support individuals with mental health conditions and other complex barriers to secure competitive employment. Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in employment support, demonstrating success in helping individuals with mental health conditions secure and sustain employment, ideally within the IPS model.

- Manage a diverse caseload of clients, addressing challenges such as mental health conditions, disabilities, substance misuse, criminal histories, and long-term unemployment.
- Promote rapid job search strategies, aiming to engage clients with the job market quickly, rather than prolonged assessments or training periods.
The salary for this role is approximately £29,777 per annum, which includes 25 days holiday + bank holidays and a Local Government Pension Scheme. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Lancaster.
