We are seeking a skilled Employment Advisor to join our Aspire Recruitment team, delivering targeted support to individuals facing mental health challenges and other obstacles in their path to employment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with a diverse group of clients, addressing various challenges such as mental health issues, disabilities, and substance misuse.
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify each client's strengths, weaknesses, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement SMART action plans, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • A full, clean driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential requirements for this role.

Due to the sensitive nature of this position, all successful applicants will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service check prior to commencement.
