Employment Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate professional to support unemployed individuals facing mental health challenges and other barriers in their journey to employment. This role also involves assisting those on long-term sick leave to successfully return to the workplace.

About You:

You will have 2 years of experience as an Employment Advisor or Job Coach, with a strong track record of supporting unemployed individuals into work. You must be skilled in developing person-centred SMART action plans and managing complex caseloads. Additionally, you should have demonstrated success in engaging employers, identifying job opportunities, and supporting clients through applications, interviews, and onboarding processes.

The Ideal Candidate:

A self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment and is committed to making a positive impact. You will need to have a full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

What We Offer:

This is a full-time, permanent position offering £29,777 (25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Local Government Pension Scheme). Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
