The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Employment Support Specialist to join our team in Lancaster and Morecambe. The successful candidate will provide proactive support to unemployed individuals facing mental health challenges and other barriers in their journey to employment. This role involves assisting those on long-term sick leave to successfully transition back to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Provide guidance and resources to help clients overcome employment barriers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of employment services
