Aspire Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Employment Advisor to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can support unemployed individuals facing mental health challenges and other barriers in their journey to employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients with diverse challenges, including mental health issues, disabilities, substance misuse, offending backgrounds, and skills gaps.
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each client's barriers, previous experiences, skills, and training needs.
  • Develop and agree on SMART action plans with clients, regularly reviewing their progress and addressing any new challenges to help them become work-ready.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work autonomously, and possess a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle.

We offer a competitive salary of £29,777 per annum, plus 25 days annual leave and bank holidays, and the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.
