About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals facing mental health challenges and other employment barriers. This role requires a high level of empathy and understanding, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

The Employment Advisor will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized employment plans. This may involve conducting assessments, providing guidance and support, and helping clients to overcome employment barriers.

Essential Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work, Counselling or related field
  • Proven experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
