Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Advisor to join our team in Lancaster. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting EE's products and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

A competitive salary of £12,535.47 (£12.05 p/h) rising to £12,843.13 (£12.34 p/h) at 9 months in role, plus uncapped commission, is on offer.

About the Role

This part-time opportunity involves talking to customers over the phone about how we can enhance their digital lives and discuss the right products for them.

You will be working as part of a close-knit team, supporting each other and providing excellent customer experiences.
