About the Role

This dynamic position entails managing a caseload of clients with diverse challenges, including mental health issues, disabilities, substance misuse, offending backgrounds, and skills gaps. The successful candidate will conduct thorough initial assessments, develop SMART action plans, and provide ongoing support to help clients become work-ready.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex caseload of clients with varying needs and goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development.
  • Develop and implement tailored action plans to address client barriers and promote employability.
  • Engage with local employers to identify suitable job opportunities and facilitate client placements.
  • Provide up to six months of in-work support to ensure sustained progress and success.
