Key Account Sales Lead

Foster the growth of your team and boost brand visibility in assigned stores as a Key Account Sales Lead with HSS Hire.
You will take a commercial approach, driving and reviewing KPI performance while implementing essential actions. As an advocate for sales strategies, you will foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring our customers remain the focal point of our goals.
Providing strong leadership to your team, you will drive engagement and promote a high-performance culture amongst your colleagues. You will also oversee the development, lead, empower, and motivate Merchant Branch Managers, recognising individual accomplishments and contributing to an encouraging environment.
With adequate staffing, you will ensure locations are always staffed appropriately, including supporting the day-to-day store in Merchant Branch Manager absence.
This role involves working Monday to Friday 7:30am until 17:00pm and Saturday 8:00am until 12:00pm, with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked.
In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the Regional Manager/Director to align with overall business strategy and leverage our extensive support network for effective planning and execution.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a managerial capacity or be actively pursuing advancement in this direction. Exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions are essential, along with being a strategic thinker capable of devising and executing impactful sales strategies.
A competitive salary is offered for this position, estimated to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
