Key Account Sales Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Key Account Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of our business in Europe. With a strong focus on leisure, this role requires a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans encompassing direct sales calls, telesales, research, appointment making, and trading, as well as promotional campaigns, client familiarisation visits, and contract negotiation.
- Maximise revenue from existing accounts by driving and coordinating all sales activity.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Cultivate excellent coaching skills to enhance team performance.
- Demonstrate a commercial outlook, remaining focused and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Possess exceptional sales, customer care, account management, and negotiation skills, complemented by strong presentation and influencing abilities.
- Be willing to travel extensively throughout Europe for presentations, meetings, and events.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately £80,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
