Job Title: Sales Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales Development Representative to join our UK team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for working in an outbound sales environment, targeting clients across various verticals, and developing leads for our senior sales team to close.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a track record of working in an outbound sales environment, with a genuine desire to be successful and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Any exposure to employee engagement or HR software would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.

What We Offer:

We offer a very attractive package, including a base salary of between £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience, pension, health, and uncapped OTE of £10,000-£12,000 with an accelerator once you surpass your target. We also operate a hybrid environment with the sales development and AE team in the office twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop leads for the senior sales team to close
  • Work in an outbound sales environment, targeting clients across various verticals
  • Pro-actively target prospects through digital outreach and phone-based activity
