Job Title: Head of Business Analysis

Location: London

Corporate Title: Director

Deutsche Bank is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the newly formed New Business Office, AI and Digital Assets Framework, Regulatory and Audit team. As a key member of the Risk Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the risk management frameworks for new business initiatives, including new products, major change projects, and non-vanilla transactions.

  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks for new business initiatives.
  • Partner with the New Business Office, Controls Execution Office, AI, and Digital Assets teams to design and implement new or augmented framework design.
  • Manage all engagement with Regulators and Audit across the New Business Office, AI, and Digital Assets.
  • Oversee audit and regulatory remediation projects.
  • Collaborate with the Head of DA/AI to develop a risk management framework for Digital Assets and AI.
