Business Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Financial Manager will oversee all financial aspects of the Head Office's operations, ensuring efficient financial management and compliance with regulations. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning to support business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and prepare detailed reports to inform business decisions.
- Oversee accounting operations, including payroll, invoicing, and tax compliance to maintain regulatory adherence.
- Implement and monitor internal controls and financial procedures to mitigate risk and ensure accuracy.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage cash flow and financial risk to ensure the Head Office's financial stability.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to maintain a positive and compliant relationship.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field to provide a solid foundation in financial principles.
- Professional accounting certification to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a corporate or business services environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
