About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Business Analysis to join our Digital and Technology Group (DTG). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and leading a Business Analysis practice that drives business change and improvement across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in business analysis, customer service, and business change, with a strong track record of delivering digital projects within an agile delivery framework. You will be proactive, using horizon scanning to identify future challenges and opportunities, and will have a proven ability to anticipate and mitigate risks, as well as finding innovative solutions.

You will work collaboratively across the organisation, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and driving the development of Business Analysis tools and methods to support the delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and shape strategies to drive awareness of the business analysis profession and build the influence of the team
  • Lead the shaping of the Business Analysis practice and improve ways of working by embedding a consistent and high-quality professional framework and standards
  • Drive the ongoing development of Business Analysis tools and methods to support the delivery of services
  • Work collaboratively across the organisation to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
What We Offer
  • Annual Leave: 25 days annual leave on entry, rising by one day for each completed year of service to a maximum of 30 days and pro-rata for part-time staff. PLUS 8 bank holidays
  • Privilege Leave: 1 day
  • Hours of Work: 37 hours (net) per week for full-time staff in all geographical locations, including London and pro-rata for part-time staff
  • Occupational Sick Pay (OSP): One month full pay/one month half pay on entry, rising by one month for each completed year of service to a maximum of five months full pay/five months half pay
