Job Title: Head of Commercial Analysis

Join our team as a Head of Commercial Analysis and take on a senior-level role that requires strategic thinking, risk management, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

The Head of Commercial Analysis will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of commercial risk management strategies across the firm. This will involve working closely with senior management, practice group heads, and other stakeholders to ensure that the firm's commercial risk is managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with senior management and practice group heads to ensure that commercial risk is managed effectively.
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures for managing commercial conflicts and confidentiality issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on commercial risk management and conflicts resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Business Acceptance and Conflicts Management to shape the conflicts and client intake capability within the firm.

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with a significant number of years' experience practising in an international law firm.
  • Significant experience in managing risk within a professional services firm, with experience in enterprise risk also welcomed.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Expert trainer able to inspire and influence busy executives to engage with relevant training and scenarios.
