Lead the Way in HVDC and FACTS Innovation

DNV Energy Systems is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our FlexGrid-HV venture, driving the development of High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) and Flexible Alternating Current Transmission Systems (FACTS) solutions.

As the Head of Venture, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market analysis, leveraging your extensive industry network to identify trends and opportunities in the HVDC and FACTS sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of HVDC and FACTS solutions.
  • Recruit, build, and empower a high-performing team that fosters innovation and professional growth.
  • Drive entrepreneurial initiatives and commercial strategies to enhance the venture's success.

Requirements:

  • Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Electric Power Systems, or a comparable field, paired with several years of strong relevant energy industry experience.
  • Proven track record of leading and coaching diverse teams.
  • Strong commercial aptitude and entrepreneurial drive.
