Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Support Services Coordinator. This role will involve working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of the House.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional services to Members of Parliament, their staff, and the wider parliamentary community
  • Working alongside other Parliamentary teams to manage visitor access and flow through the building
  • Delivering engaging presentations to large audiences and adapting style and content to meet audience needs
  • Providing excellent customer service and meeting the needs of different audience groups
What We Offer

  • Annual salary estimated at £25,000 - £35,000 based on experience
  • 30 days' annual leave (increasing to 35 days after first full leave year)
