About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Team Hub Administrator to join our Visitor Experience Team Hub. As a key member of the team, you will provide operational excellence in administration and office management, working closely with colleagues to support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Visitor Experience Team Hub, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain effective processes and procedures to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 30 days' annual leave (increasing to 35 days after first full leave year).
- Civil Service pension with an average employer contribution of 27%.
