Service Delivery and Compliance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery and Compliance Manager to join our Parliamentary Security Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering security measures for Members and staff, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational teams to deliver security measures for Members and staff.
  • Support contract managers in holding contractors accountable for delivery and ensuring compliance against agreed frameworks.
  • Collaborate with sub-teams within MSSS and wider House to deliver approved or new security measures.
  • Coordinate between House authorities, MPs', contractors, and other partners to resolve delivery issues.
  • Verify billing, invoicing, and records to ensure accountability and raise purchase orders for suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer-focused service delivery, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders, including suppliers, security officials, police, and government departments.
  • Leadership skills, with experience in building and maintaining strong collaborative partnerships.
  • Contract management expertise, with ability to hold suppliers accountable and manage delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to identify future problems or risks and provide innovative solutions.
What We Offer:
  • Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
