About the Role\
This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people living in the overseas territories. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of the project, working closely with senior stakeholders, including parliamentarians, officials, and international partners. Your ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and manage complex projects will be essential in achieving the project's objectives.\
Responsibilities\
• Develop and implement the project's strategic plan\
• Manage programme expenditure against budget\
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders\
• Coordinate the input and work of stakeholders\
• Provide leadership and support to team members\
• Operate effective financial forecasting and financial planning\
• Be responsible for the management and mitigation of risks to the project\
• Report to the Head of International Partnerships and the Project Board\
• Chair the consortium meeting\
