Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled London Parliament Lawyer Position to join our Planning and Infrastructure team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to grow their career with one of the leading law firms in the UK.

The successful candidate will have up to 4 years of post-qualification experience and a keen eye for detail, as this role requires interpretation of historical parliamentary legislation. You will be working on a wide range of matters concerning government legislation and infrastructure, including drafting, promoting, opposing, and advising on legislation, as well as negotiating with objectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and advising on legislation
  • Negotiating with objectors
  • Providing legal advice on infrastructure projects
  • Working closely with the Planning and Infrastructure team
