About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Parliamentary Policy Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the House of Commons Service, you will provide expert policy advice and analysis to support the work of the Science, Innovation and Technology Committee.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of evidence and produce high-quality drafts of committee outputs, including correspondence, media, and social media materials;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the Committee's subject area through research and building on relevant external contacts and networks;
  • Research and analyze information to meet tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of reports and other outputs;

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in science, innovation, and technology policy, with excellent analytical and communication skills. You will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, promoting collaboration and inclusion within the group.
