Parliamentary Projects Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Parliamentary Projects Manager to join our team at the House of Commons in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects across our parliamentary estates, working closely with stakeholders and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, and a deep understanding of CDM regulations and design standards. The salary for this position is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Review project requests assigned by the Line Manager
- Meet with the Requester/Client/End User, agree the full scope of works required and ensure it is accurately recorded
- Obtain sign-off agreement with other Stakeholders - Accommodation, Workspace, Fire, Security, Design Authority, Digital, Conservation, etc., as applicable
- Obtain costings and if necessary, compile, submit and further develop a business case
- Appoint a design team and manage the design and CDM aspects of the project brief
