Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Parliamentary Visitor Experience Manager. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a good understanding of customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage visitor flow and access through the building, working closely with other teams to ensure a smooth visitor journey from start to finish.

  2. Deliver engaging presentations to large audiences, adapting style and content to meet audience needs.

  3. Provide exceptional customer service, meeting the needs of different audience groups and upholding the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
