Job Title: Community Mental Health Practitioner

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Mental Health Practitioner to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing community-based mental health services to individuals experiencing psychosis.

You will work collaboratively with service users and their families to develop high-quality care plans and contribute to quality improvement activities. To be successful in this role, you should have current professional registration with an approved body and evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the post.

The ideal candidate will have post-graduate qualification in a relevant area and experience working with people with mental ill-health. They should also have knowledge of best practice in caring for service users and understanding of relevant legislation.
