We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team at Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust. As a Mental Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, diagnose, and treat patients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with varying mental health conditions.
- To conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field is required; postgraduate qualifications are an asset.
- Certification as a Psychotherapist (e.g., MBPsS, CBT) is mandatory.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health issues is necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension, life insurance, and generous annual leave.
