Description of the Job:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement coordinated care plans.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in mental health care.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work).
  • Certification as a mental health professional (e.g., RN, LCSW, LMFT) is highly desired.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a hospital or clinical environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.

Salary Range:$55,000 - $75,000 per year, contingent upon experience.
