Housing Unit Coordinator

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Housing Unit Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the housing team, you will be responsible for managing housing applications, allocating properties, and ensuring effective letting of housing units.
This role requires a relevant qualification in housing management and proven experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in housing management software and Microsoft Office Suite. You will be required to assess and prioritize applications, liaise with tenants and stakeholders, and conduct property viewings and inspections.
