Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with healthcare teams.
  • Manage unit workflows, prioritize tasks, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and hospital software.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is AED 10,000 - 15,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
