Transformation Unit Clinical Leadership Position

At the Transformation Unit, we are seeking a skilled and experienced healthcare professional to fill the position of Site Nurse Practitioner – Emergency Response Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management of our emergency response teams. They will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, preferably in critical care or emergency medicine, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £61,927 - £68,676 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow professionally and personally.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor Degree in nursing or a related field, as well as relevant post-registration qualifications. You should also have experience in hospital site and bed management, as well as the ability to work flexibly to meet the changing needs of our service.
