As the Head of our Transformation Unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality research outputs, managing a team of professionals, and overseeing the implementation of strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant research area, extensive experience working on strategic and operational matters at a senior level in biomedical research, and excellent leadership and management skills. They will also have a proven track record of successfully applying for large-scale funding in open competition and experience of defining and implementing local policy and influencing national/international policy relating to research and innovation.
