Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake complex needs assessments to identify care and support needs, adopting a strengths-based approach.
  • Contribute to safeguarding enquiries, prioritizing the individual's outcomes and well-being.
  • Supervise up to four non-registered practitioners, providing guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant frontline experience in Adults Social Services within the UK.
