Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management Expert

About the Role
EPAM is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead strategic initiatives, support account growth, and drive innovation in our EMEA Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consulting Practice. This hybrid role requires occasional time on customer sites.
Our team, part of EPAM's Business Consulting organization, is at a critical growth period, focusing on innovative, tech-enabled, and human-centered solutions. As a Senior Manager, you will participate in end-to-end change management programs to help clients transform their business and recognize value from technology-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support internal practice development efforts to fuel growth and employee development as a thought leader.
- Develop and implement end-to-end change programs, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, readiness assessments, and training.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels, tailoring messaging accordingly.
- Identify and support business development efforts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic change management roles, with at least 4+ years in a consulting environment (preferably with Big 5 Consulting firms).
- Ability to execute multiple initiatives concurrently and make swift decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Robust design, facilitation, and program management skills.
- Deep expertise in Organizational Development and/or Change Management principles.
- Proven success building credibility at all levels of the organization.
- Outstanding oral, written, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
