About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our Workforce Transformation practice within Infosys Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate complex organizational change and digital adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage transformation, change, and digital adoption for large-scale transformation programs
- Set and manage change adoption criteria to achieve desired outcomes and objectives
- Act as the point of contact for specific activities, including communications, engagement, training, or role mapping
- Build and manage relationships with mid-level client managers
- Contribute to business development proposals
- Manage workstreams, country deployments, or entire projects, and engage with senior leaders from clients
Requirements
- Experience in delivering organizational change management on IT-enabled business transformation programs, with S/4 HANA experience being advantageous
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, approaches, and deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency) and French
- Broad business skills, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences
- Experience in one or more change management areas, including communication management, business readiness, organizational design, benefits realization, and training and development
- Outstanding communication, presentation, client service, and networking skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement
- Strong business knowledge in one or more industry sectors
- Ability to contribute to bid work, write proposals, and deliver client presentations
- Self-starter with experience leading workshops, working in a matrix team structure, and assuming client-facing roles at client locations
- Experience working at a management level, ideally in the private sector
